Our delivery service provides you with delivery within 5 - 10 business days to most Australian destinations for orders where the goods are in stock and the payment has been cleared before 12 noon (GMT +10) on business days.

The actual delivery time is very dependent on the actual method of delivery that is chosen by you, and by your location within Australia. If the goods / services are not able to be delivered to you within this time, we will contact you.

If the desired delivery is not able to be completed within the 5 - 10 business days, you have the option to cancel the order and your money will be cheerfully refunded.

The delivery lead-time to overseas destinations may be up to 5 - 10 business days longer, but you retain the right to cancel the order and have your money refunded to you if our expected delivery lead-time is is unsuitable to you.

Out of Stock Items |

While we maintain our stock levels to the largest amount that we can economically and physically maintain, there will be instances where items may be Out of Stock.

If any item is Out of Stock, it can be placed on Back Order.

If the goods need to be placed on Back Order, we will contact you.

You can choose to replace the Out of Stock goods with goods that are In Stock, cancel the order for the Out of Stock goods, or cancel the entire order.

The cancellation of the order for any goods will have any outstanding monies owing to you immediately returned to you by the method that the original payment was made.

The expected additional delivery time for any goods that have been placed on Back Order can vary: |

- If our suppliers have the goods in stock, then an additional delay of 5-10 days can be expected.
- If our Suppliers do not have the goods in stock, then the goods may not be able to be delivered.

We will advise you of the situation involving your order within 4 business days of the goods being placed on Back Order. |

Our delivery charges cover packaging (specified in the Coopco e-Shop as the handling fee), delivery charges, and the associated Australian taxes. For some methods of delivery, the handling fee is not collected because it is included in the delivery fee. |

If insurance is available and required by the Customer, the insurance charges are additional to the delivery charges. |

Delivery By Australia Post |

All deliveries by Australia Post must comply with all of the conditions and requirements of Australia Post. This information, along with the current delivery charges, can be found at the Australia Post website. |

For all Australia Post Domestic deliveries except for Registered Post and COD, insurance is not available. Australia Post may provide (at their discretion) compensation up to 50 AUD for loss or damage. |

For Australia Post international parcel delivery, the availability of insurance and the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. |

Domestic (except for Express Post Satchels and Prepaid Parcel Post Satchels) and International orders will be shipped in an Australia Post Expandable Tough Bag (product number GC or GL). |

Domestic customers who select the Australia POST Parcel Post option or the Australia POST Express Post Parcel option, and International Customers who select the Australia POST International Parcel Post - AIR option or the Australia POST International Parcel Post - Economy option will have their shipping costs calculated automatically by the Australia Post Delivery Rate Calculator to obtain estimates of delivery times and charges for parcels dispatched using Australia Post services. We use these calculations for Parcel rates. If available, insurance is included in the final calculation. |

The Coopco e-Shop accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by your use of the service.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
The delivery times and charges provided via the DRC are an estimate only and are based (among other things) on information supplied by the Coopco e-Shop about the nature, dimensions and weight of goods, and by our customers about the goods’ destination. Postal services, delivery times and charges may vary from time to time including between the time the DRC is used and the time goods are delivered for carriage.

Domestic customers who select Zone Rates Australia Post Air Parcel or Economy Parcel Shipping (no insurance) will have their delivery charges assessed in the following manner: |

- for parcels up to 500g, the Australia Post Small Parcel rate applies,
- for parcel up to 1kg, and in 1 kg steps thereafter to 10kg, the Australia Post Domestic Parcel Post rate (based on zones V1 to Q1) will apply.

International customers who select Zone Rates Australia Post Air Parcel or Economy Parcel Shipping (no insurance) will have their delivery charges assessed in the following manner: |

- Australia Post has designated 4 zones for International Parcel Delivery (Zone A to Zone D),
- each destination country been allocated to one of these zones for parcel delivery (this zone may be different to its letter delivery zone),
- if a destination country has Economy Air Parcel rates available, then that rate is used in the calculation. Otherwise, Air Parcel rates are used.
- the calculations are based on weights of to 250 g, to 500 g, to 750 g, to 1 kg, to 1.25 kg, to 1.5 kg, to 1.75 kg, to 2 kg, to 2.5 kg, to 3 kg, to 3.5 kg, to 4 kg, to 4.5 kg, to 5 kg, to 5.5 kg, to 6 kg, to 6.5 kg, to 7 kg, to 8 kg, to 9 kg, to 10 kg.
