If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any clothing product (undergarments excepted, please see below), please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it, or refund your purchase price using the original payment method, or give you a credit of your purchase price that will be credited to your account.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

The removal of any garment labels will be deemed to be showing your acceptance of the goods. |

If you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference (undergarments excepted, please see below).

To ensure that best possible fulfillment on your reorder, we recommend that you contact us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery timeframe's. If you do reserve your reorder, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.

Our Quality Control team inspect every delivery into Coopco Pty Ltd to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, should you receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on +61 3 9776 2664 to arrange for free return delivery and an exchange or refund or credit to your account.

Health regulations prevent us from accepting undergarments for the purposes of refund or exchange after they have been worn, unless the purpose of exchange or refund is due to faulty manufacture.

Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would launder it prior to returning it to us. It is at our discretion to accept returns on the basis of faulty manufacture.

We rigourously test all of our media products before we sign off on them. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any media product, please inform us. We will correct any problems if the reason for dissatisfaction is within our area of control. If the reason for your dissatisfaction is beyond our control, you will be informed by us . |

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any service, please inform us within 7 days of the completion of the service provision and we will correct any defects in accordance with our statutory obligations within the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission guidelines.
